Cause

File name contained SQUARE BRACKET.

Symptoms

Output file was not created.

Log file contains:
###ERROR:      1943,00 in finalize @      31956,00
         Member ACTIVEWORKBOOK does not evaluate to an object.

Workaround

Remove SQUARE BRACKET from file name.
