Specifies vertical fill mode for page content. Allowed values for a bitmask:

Value	Description
1	Auto (default value)
2	Fill
4	Ignore page margin

If iHFill has value 1 and iVFill has value 1, then page content will be grow in size so that the largest dimension fits inside the constraints of the paper size. The rendered output retains its relative proportions.
