XFXR doesn't resize an image if a specific value of a "PictureDPI" property is set.

Symptoms

Output file is bigger and contains original image.

Cause

"If source and frame are different size set to "Scale contents, retain shape"  or "Scale contents, fill the frame".

Workaround

Set lower picture DPI on the image: #UR PICTUREDPI=90
