Before XFRX 18.2.0

Cause

Missing keyword PAPERWIDTH in field EXPR.

Symptoms

Some output files only showed the first column.
Report\label had more than one column.

Workaround

Add keyword PAPERWIDTH= with right value to  field EXPR in first record.
