The value of the key Last is 0 0 R but must be XX 0 R.
The document does not conform to the requested standard.
The document doesn't conform to the PDF reference (missing required entries, wrong value types, etc.).
The document does not conform to the PDF/A-1b standard.
Cause
- Is defined hierarchy bookmarks.
- Missing key /Last for outline node in PDF file.
Workaround
None.
