Before XFRX 19.2.0

Cause

Bug in RTF parser.

Symptom

XFRX output doesn't contains image.

Workaround

Changes picture definition from (example):
{\pict\wmetafile8 \picw3591\pich2448\picwgoal2040\pichgoal1395\picscalex100\picscaley100
to:
{\pict\picw3591\pich2448\picwgoal2040\pichgoal1395\picscalex100\picscaley100\wmetafile8
