XFRX 18.1 and earlier

Symptoms

PDF shows the first BMP image only if there are more BMP files.

Cause

BMP file size greather than 16 MiB.

Work arround

Decrease the file size.
Convert to another format.
Upgrade to 18.0.9 or 18.1.
