XFRX do not export empty text boxes.

Symptoms

A docx file  created by NATIVE_DOCX does not contains empty textboxes. DOC, RTF and ODT output type generate  same result.

All outputs does not contains empty textboxes if background is opaque.

Cause

Since XFRX 18.2 are ommit all empty text.

Workaround

None.
