Multiline textbox with center align bug.

Symptoms
- Engine is XFRX#INIT.
- Some lines of splitted text are not centered in original text field's borders for PDF and XPS output.
Cause
Bug in function for splitting long text to lines in hndlib.dll and xfrxlib.fll - these functions return wrong line width.
Workaround
Set value to 2 of variable m._xfrx_WordWrapAlgorithm before calls ProccesReport().
