Specifies XFRXlib.fll status. Allowed values are:

| 0 | FLL loaded |
| -6 | FLL don't loaded |
| -8 | Worng vrsion FLL |
Negative value is equal to return value from SetParams() method. It's possible convert to text within ErrorMessage() method.
