Fatal error in VFP 6 and VFP 7 for RTF output.

Symptoms 

• VFP 6, VFP 6 SP3, VFP 6 SP4, VFP 6 SP5, VFP 7, VFP 7 SP1.

• Output is flow layout RTF (FRTF).

• Processing more than 40 reports in one time.

• VFP show error message "Internal consistency error" or "There is not enough memory to complete this operation.".

Cause

Possibly creating indexes on cursor in loop without using deleting.

Workaround

None.
