Rectangle from page header to page footer causes extra pages in output

Symptoms

MS Word 2007 or higher shows more pages. On each page is only one row from report detail.

Cause

• Outputs are FDOC or NATIVE_FDOCX.
• Last line's height is greater then page header's height.

Workaround

None.
